Day Five

Standing in the Gap with Authority as Intercessors

Today, we come before you as intercessors standing in the gap with faith, authority, and expectation. We thank You for the call to pray, not casually, but with spiritual responsibility and discernment. We lift up the Intercession Ministry of House of Praise & Worship, asking that their prayers remain aligned with your will and grounded in truth.

Teach us to pray with clarity, boldness, and perseverance. Sharpen our spiritual hearing so we discern what you are doing in this season. Let our prayers tear down strongholds, silence the enemy, and release breakthroughs over your people. May we not hold back in prayer when the battle intensifies, but press in with confidence, knowing that you hear us.

As we step into this New Year, 2026, we commit every activity, event, and gathering of this church into your hands. We surrender every plan, program, and calendar item to you. If it does not align with your purpose, remove it. If it is from you, establish it firmly. Let nothing be done out of habit, pressure, or tradition alone but by obedience and direction from Your Spirit.

Cover every service, outreach, meeting, and ministry assignment. We ask that your presence would go before us, your authority surround us, and your glory be revealed in all that we do. Protect this house from distraction, division, and spiritual interference. Let your will be done fully and without resistance.

This year, we do not hold back our prayers, our authority, or our submission to you. We stand watchful, faithful, and ready, trusting that you are building, guarding, and leading Your Church.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
