Day Two
Covering our Leaders of the church, our Community and our Nation
Today, we choose not to hold back in our prayers for the leaders you have entrusted to this house. We lift every pastor and leader you have placed in the House of Praise & Worship. Thank You for their willing hearts and their faithfulness to serve your people.
Grant them divine wisdom for every decision they must make. Strengthen them to endure the weight of leadership, and steady them when the work is demanding. We ask for unity among them, not surface agreement, but spiritual alignment. Keep their hearts humble, their vision clear, and their purpose anchored in you. Renew them daily by Your Spirit so they may lead with conviction, compassion, and unwavering faith. Cover their home, families, and give them peace. Let their service bear lasting fruit for your glory.
Lord, as change continues to unfold in our local and national government, we lift those in authority. Grant our leaders wisdom, integrity, and courage to govern with fairness and responsibility. We pray for our first responders to protect them, strengthen them, and cover them as they place themselves in harm’s way to serve others.
We pray for West Hartford, our state of Connecticut, and our nation. Let unity replace division, peace overcome fear, and kindness be evident in how we treat one another. May your presence guide our communities, and may we, as your people, show love not just in words, but also through faithful action.
This year, we refuse to hold back. We pray boldly, trust fully, and stand committed to being people of prayer and purpose.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
